Elias calls out to the night, Carry me to heavens bright, Upon the winds of evermore, To sail the clouds of heaven's floor. A hunter's moon glows opaltine, As left behind is vespertine, Newborn stars illume the skies, Sings Terpsichore in night's reprise. Unfettered wings of angel's grace, As comets through the heavens race, Hush Elias, for day is done, Elias with the night is one. |
