Memories Dance In Silhouette
~*Marge Tindal*~

They dance beyond the circle,
of candling in gentle recall
Back to a time, a long ago time
when loved ones stood so tall~

I see them dance in silhouette
across a chasm of memory
Reaching out ...... touching
a place deep inside of me~

I stand here in the light
The shadows swallow my lack
Beckoning … beckoning
Please … please … come back~

But … they continue with the dance
That only memories can step
All over my heart …
haven’t missed a beat yet~

Quietly I surrender
to the shadows of their dance
Wrapping my soul in forever
keeping their memories-in-prance~

~*~
The chilling winds of March In Recall come early this year~
So, be it ... I shall dedicate this one to the beautiful memories of my mother Beverly,
my sister Shari, my brother Mike and to my father Jack~

~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~

I do so appreciate when we can share ALL of our times with our poet-friends...all of them.  Marge, I am sorry the winds came early, there must be a good reason for it...

and you are in my thoughts...

Marge/sis...sometimes it is a good thing to be early, I've found, especially with love recalled dear ones.  For me, more often is better.

Yes, dear Marge, it is wonderful to see your smiling words here. I've missed you and your poems and replies very much. I hope all is well.

Good memories are to be cherished and held closely, aren't they? I'm glad that you have yours to hold......

Heart hugs to you, friend

Marge, your words always make me feel, perhaps a little more than I’d like to admit, but always in a way that’s good for the soul. Excellent write, take care!

Gentle, heartfelt thanks to each of you.
It's a month of roller-coastered emotions~
But, the ride is so fulfilling to this heart~
