I can’t say why Thoughts about Lacey were so strong, But can say it was the first time In a lot of miles I had felt Perhaps I was not going to Chase Iambe’s ghost Through every bar And small town Midnight Forever. I grabbed a six-pack And sat in the hotel Watching reruns Of shows I never saw The first or third time They were on, Thinking about her And knowing the question Davis wanted an answer to Was one she had to decide Before I headed back Down that twisting Road to see her. I gave up at 3AM Having seen enough Lucy To last me The old truck’s tank was full And I wouldn’t need to fill up Until I got to Rogers. |

For a moment... you had me scratching my head... then I noticed the time... and winked! |

(giggles) Oh my gosh, I too saw the title at first and I thought "You......don't suppose he's.......really leaving her, do you?" then you sure got me there, haha! (big hugggssssss) Who could resist Lucille Ball and Co. on cable anyhow, I sure can't resist Leave It To Beaver either, this is wonderful, I love it, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Ron, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton "Underneath your clothes there's an endless story..." |
