Desire

Desire rides a fancy horse.
On a very chancy course
And each word has flowers scent
With nectar waiting to be spent

It is a field of shadows lace.
With phantoms occupying space
With hews of gold and silver true
Locked within the simmering stew.

It wheels a wile of fantasy
With agony and ecstasy
It dances in a heated core
Waiting for eruptions soar.

And when the lava does erupt
You pray that it is not corrupt.
Desire rides a chancy horse
On a very fancy course

So think you well the flowers word
And the shape of the flying bird

I see Randy stole your pen again ...
writing his verse of desire's fire, sin of skin.
Passion's curse is our peverbial heaven & hell on earth ...
our quest for love's touch begins upon our birth.

I say we let that Randy Dragon roar ...
otherwise we simply become a bore.

(sigh) Oh Seymour, this is wonderful, dearest friend, desire is a crazy thing to me and it will never stop riding as far as I am concerned until one finds solace and satisfaction in its most comprehending form! May love and light always shine upon you!

Good morning Sy,

Great wisdom here.

"Desire rides a fancy horse"

Yes....doesn't it. A real merry-go-round, going around in a circe of nowhere...quite often....

Enjoyed, Hugs, Pat

Desire rides a fancy horse.
On a very chancy course

And all too often, we get thrown
Breaking heart and cracking bone.

I like this very much, Seymour. *S*

Seymour, as you know, I love all your words I ever read.
But, I haven't seen this side of Randy before, I don't think....
I certainly do like his words of wisdom with desire, though......

Heart Hugs,
Ethel
