standing on a shadow's lace

Enchanting Luna’s Tide

moonlight zone
expose my desire
eclipse my wishes
as I now take
a moon walk
around a halo
there I am
held captive
by the stars
and can I
risk it all
to be
held by night
strike this match
hold to wick
moving on
to what
will be

a crescent moon
to smile on you
beware of tides
of gemini
for such
is where
the moon resides--
in this house
of much mishief.
Take heed to know
the Janus face
and honor
pendulum of swing
know the tide
returns again
as sure as crystal string.
Bless this heart
of pure intent
give angels grant
to intercede--
for love is dove
in grant of wing.
I spark the flame
and chanting, sing
"May your love
return to thee,
by the powers
three times three
not thy will
above the grace
but by the simple
humbleness
and if it be
the good of all
then, I pray
please grant her plea.
