An Affection For You

Emotions and desire
need time to evaluate
and grow.

Give me a chance
to feel my feelings
and you'll be the
first to know.

One thing is
already clear.
When I think of you
my thoughts are sincere.

And one thing is true.
My feelings show
an affection
for you.
