I pause my journey, When beside the road I see, A shadow person, The living with spirit gone, She struggles to go Not wanting others to know She walks in nowhere Always in the sad of there, Eyes are glazed over I could be just another, But I call by name And it reaches in her brain, Stirring memories Returns her realities And she sees her fears Washing the haze with her tears And runs from my sight To shadows and coming night To pump her veins dimming sight. Hi Gloomy It's so nice to read you again dear friend. This is pure gloom. You write of this so well. |
