on the open road with the wind blowing in my hair

every breath i take
i know it will lead to my next mistake
sitting on a couch in st. louis
on a beautiful day in may

i look outside
and i seen the sun
but i also see the clouds
forming far away on the horizon

looming, ready to overtake
my beautful day
i wish everything could stay this way
bad times far away

the only people for me are the mad ones-mad to live, mad to be saved, desirous of everything at once--jack kerouac

passing shadows
