While matters of the wide world, Old tales and the news, While truth and half truths are hurled, Educated views, While the war mongers prepare, Building up forces, While bold deceit fills the air, There narrows choices. But why should I worry so, It’s not like I’m going to go, I’ve now grown too old to fight, In the day of life it’s night, The sun has set on my time So why should a war I mind. I see war along our path And dread it’s sad aftermath. Gloom |

Whether we are young or old the threat of war affects us. You told of the threat of war well. Kethry Here in the midst of my lonely abyss, a single joy I find...your presence in my mind. Unknown |
