You said you loved me, but I knew. You're not mine, and not so true. What is love? And why can't she? All we do is fight, and never agree. We have some fun, sometimes. You'll learn a lot, if you read my rhymes. You don't know love, no one can. It been that way, since time began. I can say I love someone, but it won't last. Trust me, I learned it all from my past. I asked out this girl, she said yes. I was impressed, by her beautiful dress. Then the day came, were we said we were in love, I felt I was flying, far above. But then she went out with this guy, I got mad, and knocked the guy sky high. The same thing happens, the same way. And I learned all this, in just one day. Connel, I know poetry is sacrosant and we're not supposed to mess with it but if yopu want to submit this I would suggest a few small changes. You said you loved me, but I knew. Thank you... The reason wh it does that is because of the word prossesser.. Auto Typeo checker. lol I wish to become a great poet some day, but it will only come in time. Til then, I shall write my poems, and wait. |

 (sad sigh) Sometimes love is hard to understand, but there is one love that is impregnable, golden, eternal, promising, and you are bound to find it, you just have to not ask what love is but anticipate it! Very nicely written. It says a lot about what people call love these days but it's a false love. There's something better, purer, and much more true out there. I do hope you find it (or rather, it finds you) someday. I really enjoyed this  |
