I am your knight, I guard you from harm.
keep you safe and well, resting in an arm
I am the one, that will know from the start
when words so soft are chisels of the heart

Look from the tower, see my armor shine
Whisper once this hour, purest love so fine.
Watch carefully, searching the eyes well.
Sleep peacefully as words can not alone tell.

Lie beside me, let me keep you ever close
I’ll comfort and guide thee on path chose
Keep the moments of rhyme in your mind
for they are once wild, cherished and fine.

Give not thy heart to whispers said sweet
till eyes do spill the soul’s true heartbeat.
And when the night again becomes a dawn
I stand beneath..guarding a small fawn.

You write romance like no other, this is stunning...

Step through the
barrier of my mind,
enter my soul,
feel my desire,
let my eyes guide you
into the shadows of my heart

(smiles) Such graciousness and compassion illuminates your verse, sweet friend, He will always be here for us all, as we too can offer our love to the world and sip from the stream of purity and love like the fawn in your vision! (big hugggsssss) This is absolutely beautiful, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Barry, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,

Magnus...You and Bill Charles are two of the most romantic writers I know.  Your work always has that days of knights and fair maidens feel to it.  This poem no exception.
