Sitting on my car Which hasnt worked for years Just sitting and waiting Watching the kids play In the middle of the street A jar in my hand With ice, tinkling inside Sweat beads on my neck All slowly rolling down Just sitting on my car Smelling the air Filled with the scent of Dandilions and pansies Watching and waiting For the roses to bloom [This message has been edited by Zukene_Chic (03-30-2002 05:36 PM).] |
