the inspiration in my ink
the thoughts behind my think
a butterfly that is the wind beneath my wings
the reason that my heart is joyous and sings

You mean

the world to me and more
the reason that my heart can soar
you are a Angel sent from the lord above
wrapping me forevermore with your love

We are

soulmates that have finally found one another
for me there shall never be another
entwined together, you are my rhyme and reason
our love shall never fade with the passing of a season

Time

flies when you are with me
apart though it drags endlessly
the ticking of the clock serves to remind
that you're not here, i wish time i could rewind

I wish

for us a lifetime of never knowing this love gone
to be able to compose our very own love song
to dance with you in neon moon so bright
for us to always bask in loves light

And when

our moment in time comes long last
future will blend with past
our hearts finally beat as one
thus our lives will have begun

You are

perfect poetry in motion
forever you have my heart and devotion
the reason i no longer question why
the peacefulness behind my sigh
