shape shifters move about free quite unaware of hurdles fall in love and fall out too like items in daily news such a valentine day show that even passion’s enforced all have become fake actors wearing false smiles as makeup modern times with brand new tools aimed at making life better using many coats of fresh paint to cover stains of the past all they do is push away legacy of memories that they can go back later to recall the glory days envy paints him rich with green as he broods in daft compare of his wise yet ageing blood with the young yet agile youth tough are the times, so he thinks when Fred is no longer King and folks don’t dance to his songs while teens kiss like set habit there is no true love anymore, it’s already ‘gone with the wind’ when movies were black and white and life was more colourful he sighs and pulls the trigger as he fastens his seat-belt to take the flight to heaven or somewhere farther than it not before he set the year three thousand three hundred three ...... while coming to work, I saw a hoarding for a movie "Time Machine" featuring Jeremy Irons amongst others... amazing what all on earth or beyond inspires us all to write... thanks for reading, sudhir P.S. Fred => Freddie Mercury (from the band Queen) mostly known as the King of Rock N Roll... though not many agree anymore... |

Hi Sudhir ... This is really insightful ... Perhaps you are right ... What the modern times have now are merely a superficial sense of identity and hypocrisy in abundance. I like this a lot. Very thought provoking. |
