warm, sticky arms and back, yet, a gentle coolness air brushes my cheeks the firmness of the concrete almost seems to rise to meet each footfall in rapid rhythn each step paces off each line, on the page before me, anxiety of each character permeates my mind quickens my heartbeat then a calm sweeps through me as the characters' sense of peace is restored each prays for obedience patience faith and trust each rests in belief as their requests for renewal gain answer I too then find myself echoing heartfelt pleas for my cares my loved ones my future a rise beneath my foot attempts to unbalance me, my conviction, my faith yet my path goes smooth again and clear walking in sunshine's confidence reading of the faithful caressed from the inside drenched in calm I believe.
