We are Gemini

I know your eyes glisten of chestnut
from the taste of your tears
that fall from stars of honeyed smiles
woven in the knit of sun in set.
For, we are gemini,
souls of twin flames
through the ying and yang of life
ever burning in the moon of light
that sparks our breath's remember.

At the kiss of kindred release,
the promise of your lips
pumps my beat of heart
to beautifully breathless.
Your fingers trace in explore
'round my locks dipped in caramel curls,
adorning them in a crown of angels
born of your dreams
of another time, another place
when the Lord first weeped us in blend
to melt as one 'neath the blaze of heaven's sun.

In sacred chant on feathered laughter
we gather the ancient winds
through skin's caress with hands of tender
in bliss of chills beeding down spines
through soar of ecstasy entwine.
The safety of your arms
surrenders my lids of eyes to close,
though I still see
the bloom of fields in everafter's embrace
that beckons my feet to come alive
in dance across the ballroom of sky.

Oh, enraptured am I of you
as eve carries us away
to re-birth of destined day
in gaze upon hues of dawn
making love across the horizon.
For, we are gemini,
souls of twin flames
through the ying and yang of life
ever burning in tomorrow's forever.

I know I’ve said it before, but you do write of love so beautifully. This is another wonderful piece from your never ending pen of wonders.

inded we are geminies because i am one and i am also a native american i seen tha pic on the poem. you know geminies are unpredictable we have split personallitties and you never know when we are goin to turn. geminies are also with pisces the are similar to the same you know that. the only thing diffrent is one is fish and other is human. if you would liek to know more about zodiac let mek now i studdy science a lot on my spare time i enjoy it and i also enjoyed ur read. keep'em commin. awrigh have fun.
