In bright of sun and dark of moon from love of one whose heart’s in swoon to touch the ray’s soft light in quest thy love of thee doth never rest Upon the flame of heat’s demise Tis love once spry which withers, dies Two hearts in beat now fade and go as embers dark burn not in glow When feathers of flight come for thee on crystal wings of ice born scree Out of the soul gleam of eyes fled down path untried aside life’s bed. ‘Gainst time and breath and life once old one love now past in mem’ry hold Embraced the bones ‘pon withered breast of aged love no longer stressed Into the brown of earth and soil blood of vein doth not flow or boil till love again conceived at birth and ember’s glow ‘gain warms the earth. |

Magnus darling boy Oh my goodness! This is sooo amazing, the flow of this as always is perfect, the rhyme is utterly divine. It’s a sad piece which you do brilliantly, the ache inside fairly echoes in the hollows of a heart. How do you do that so well? Whence gleam doth come to grace the eyes upon thy ground beneath a life, lies The beat of heart within soul shall be as strong as mighty winds, waves of sea.
