You sit so closely behind me
Not allowing me much space
And as I look in the rear view mirror
I see much anger on your face

Why are you in such a hurry
So eager to be in front of me
If you don't ease off a little
You'll find yourself wrapped around a tree

Life can be stressful enough
Without you sitting on my tail
And if an instructor tested you now
I am so sure that you would fail

So please back off a little
Chill out and you will see
When you finally are able to pass
There'll be another up ahead of me

* * * *

This was written out of frustration
from those drivers who continually
tailgate and seem in an awful hurry
to get to their own funerals! They
seem to forget they aren't the only
ones on the road.

(sorry but I just had to write this)

(big hugggsssssss) Oh Sue, I can understand this kind of stress so so much, I too dislike what hat happens too and I wish everyone could be ore considerate to each other on the highways! (kiss on cheek) I hope other than this you've had a good day, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Sue, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Well it was about time someone wrote it!  I don't like tailgators either!  If you're close enough to read anything on my bumper [if I HAD anything on my bumper!!] then you are too close!  Good for you!

Sue,
My wife's uncle stopped at a stop sign, got out and opened the trunk. He went back to the tailgater who rolled down his window and said: "would you like to get in?" LOL Probably a risky thing to do now days but very funny. I think that kind of driving is called going nowhere fast. Nice write.
