flying in a can of people above the earth same distance from heaven I have always been clouds below the god kids played with cotton left it scattered around on pale blue carpet neighbor orders coffee and OJ, and are there any magizines available and a blanket too... she curls up with her thumb tucked inside her fist tells me how she loves to fly and only used to be afraid her eyes say she lies stewardess recites her lines puts on her mask perfect smile underneath not letting the recent divorce show anywhere except on her hand portland in 10 minutes please shut down electronic devices and hope like hell the ones on the plane don't under the cotton clouds the god kids have sinned left black sky colors in puddles under the trees icy lines and cold scribbled like dirty words under a wet morning sky ©Dark |
