 A Chipmunk , a Marge and a Sunshine With great pleasure I announce their birth Born in the midst of rough stormy weather Three more of my rare breed on this earth I'll take a picture when the light is there Just now I left them in their mother's care  all three are totally black and Chipmunk has a pure white mother A rose is a rose is a rose...I guess... Sunshine, she won't go off to markett because we don't do that with this rare breed. All the offspring of these ewes are kept alive, unless the lambs develop some unwanted things, such as curly hair, wrong horns etc. So don't be afraid. Poet deVine, I'm having so much black babes because I used a black father this year. All sheep have geneticly all colors in them, that's why a white mother gets a black lamb, but there will be born dark and lightbrown ones too. They're really cute. Thank ewe so much, Titia... My namesake is very cute.  I am so flattered that you named her after me.Does she know that she is probably the first lamb ever to be called "Chipmunk"?  I am probably the first chipmunk to have a little black lamb named after her. Just for the record...I have always been the black sheep in my family...I am the only one who is a chipmunk....the rest are all people, and I also have a totally white mother LOL And like, Karilea...please don't tell me when you take her to market.... bundles of huggggssssss!  copyright2002 Lyra Nesius |
