Every Time By: Noah Eaton 3/17/02 Oh Joanna, how you've made me so happy You are like the strawberries on my pancakes The mandarin orange in my tea The sparrow I see on my cherry blossom tree How I want so badly To hold you close to my heart For beneath your skin All my dreams come true You are where I'll find them... Every time our hearts touch There's a timeless comedy There's the woman I love There's my lifes melodies And all the gifts of a love That I dream of sharing with you forever, baby I've made a long pilgrimage To find the blue fairy To make you, my lifes dream come true A Pinocchio love story, to see you, the girl I love, be real to me You are heaven to me All I want is to rest close to your heart Knowing every time I touch you While everything has changed We'll always belong to each other As true lovers... Every time our hearts touch There's a timeless comedy There's the woman I love There's my lifes melodies And all the gifts of a love That I dream of sharing with you forever, baby Have you dreamed of me lately... Have you dreamed of me lately... All this time I've been contemplating About how I love you and what you've been thinking You may think no one thinks of you this much It sounds so strange, You just can't believe it It feels crazy to me but you are my goddess I worship you, you are my life's providence And I fall down on my knees, awaiting your message Wondering if you love me just as much, as I lay anxious Every day, I dream I'm massaging your neck and shoulders Out on the beach in the hot spring sun Feeling the warmth of your flesh, caressing your silk body Kissing your lips on the beach Rolling around with you in the dunes Sighing and moaning like there's no tomorrow Dreaming away lovesick as can be To hold you close to my heart forever... Now that is love - strawberries on pancakes, oh yummie! Noah, you sure are a loving soul and this sure showed that. Nicely done, and such a lucky girl she is. The pursuit of truth and beauty is a sphere of activity in which we are permitted to remain children all our lives. |
