Observations came from a man who first examined oysters
knew learning meant more than just study in cloisters;
educators knew, our breathing changes given various emotions
few accepted facts that control of child's breath was more of a notion.

Various experiences induce a certain way of lungs being filled
in the twenties an obstetrician's view on child birth was then instilled.
the way we breathe can reduce our way we sense pain
from this political prisoners could not abstain.

Breaths applied in patterns used to obtain relief
helps man to reduce his daily stress and grief
calm breath too, associated with profound insight
can help man experience life to greater delight.
