My Duet (with myself!) By Larry Chadwick I’m so beside myself, I could write a duet. In fact I think I am, It will be no sweat. I suppose you think it, Is as easy as all that. I’ll bet it won’t blend, And that’s a fact. They’ll look at the verses, And dissect each one. Trying to figure out, Which one I had done. That should be obvious, You stupid little twit.
