As certain as the snows of winter,
...give way to springtime's melt,
I cede to you my heart and soul,
...my passion's ever felt.
You are the splendor of the rose,
...the grandeur of night's skies,
The freshening breath of autumn's breeze,
...the glory of sun's rise.
When I feel your satin skin,
...feel warmth of midnight kiss,
I know how muses from on high,
...can sing of ardour's bliss.
Forever and forevermore,
...I always will be thine,
As certain as the light of day,
...gives way to vespertine.

WOW!!! Oh my gosh, this is sooooooo lovely, sweet friend, I just know this will forever touch your loves heart every time you read this to her!
