This is an incredible picture and your words brought shivers.

My only comment would be that I found it a bit hard to read as the font size is small, but then, I'm getting on in years and my eyes aren't what they used to be!

What's that from?  "Something wicked this way comes?"  It sounds extremely familiar...

I, too, like the photo and I, too, found it a bit difficult to read, but it made me lean forward and get a better look at the picture itself so it's all good.  Very much like the meter you chose, I think it was a perfect pace for the ominous, foreboding intent of the piece... very cool stuff, PdV.

The line is from the book of the same name by Ray Bradbury. The photo is from a news site that had photos taken in space by the Hubble. I have a few more but this one was spooky...

Oh how cool is this...
like LP I loved the meter and cadence of this...it danced off the tongue when read aloud... and the pic is the perfect accompanyment. Youre getting too good at the poetic post cards

All I can feel is this distance between you and me.
I can say I love you but I can't make you believe me
because touching is believing.

This makes me feel really small in the whole scheme of things, somehow.  I am a hubble freak myself, but never dared to try to put words to any of the photos in my collection.  That's what I like about you, Sharon, you are always up to any challenge.  I hope you were shooting for "eerie" with this because that's what you got   (I mean that in a good way, you know).

Anyway, just stopped by to say "hi" and stuff.

I like your picture.  It certainly adds an air of darkness to the poem.  The mental imagery created by the poem also serves to enhance the image.
