another rose… a white, red veined rose beckons with invitation nestled with sharp champions beautiful beauty, so alluring. Fingertip caress, tracing contours fold, softly yield so delicate, so delightful the promise of innocence. Opening for inspection gift to invading nose buried deep, intoxicated drinking deeply of spring. Perhaps God made beauty fragile, swiftly passing that we might never take her for granted. ~~~~~~~~~~  |

Ah... beautiful, beautiful writing Tramp Poet... clear and vivid description coupled with deep, philosophic insight, just as poetry should be. Personally, I don't know if I agree that beauty is fragile. What could happen to the rose that would desecrate its beauty? The only difference is time.  Fantastic writing, Tramp Poet. An excellent contribution to Sanctuary. Parasite Poets are the unacknowledged legislators of the world. |
