Five years ago the eyes of Trei looked down on me. Aremus we judged; she bore the enemy, and so we cut her off. It was my proudest achievement, the jewel of my career, but she left us fighting. I'm certain the crater beyond, that rape of a desert plain, was left by a rock that shone on me when I could love. And I expect no forgiveness for that murder. quote: I always enjoy reading from you fractal. Another very nice write from you, though it leaves me curious. Nice signature, btw. “A single choice can build destinies, or destroy them.” |

Is this more of your fabricated mythology bleeding into your poetry, Frac? I love that... most poets get lazy and look for Gods of popular myth, and use them as their own to try and perk up their writing (I've done it once or twice myself with that YHWH guy). But you make allusions to creations of your own mind, which I absolutely love. That aside, I really enjoyed reading this. Terrific stuff. Parasite "Faith" means the will to avoid knowing what is true. |

Heh, I never thought of it that way, LP. Thanks for the compliments. I suppose I am alluding to my own "fabricated mythology." Great fabricated term on your part, btw, LOL "If my fate is to die, I must simply laugh" |
