A Magic Touch

A magic touch I send your way
and place upon your lips
To tell you of my love, today
while taking gentle sips

I saw you in my dreams last night
and knew that this I'd do
So as I watch the sun's first light
my message's sent to you

The warmth of you envelopes me
against your beating heart
Over distance I know you see
the thoughts that I impart

A magic touch I send to you
along with tender kiss
To tell you that my love is true
and that it's you I miss

A lovely and romantic poem. The best gift one can give is a poem from the heart, I know your poem gave your friend many smiles. So many great poems here in this forum, I want so much to read all of them...sigh
