This poem was written for me as I travelled with someone I hadn't met before on a coach journey that lasted 11 hours - it is so beautiful, that I felt the need to post it here ......

~ Trust and Friendship ~

The encounter left each feeling vulnerable
Too much had been revealed
Laughing eyes
Knowing ways
Beguiled what was concealed
But trust it is a precious thing
Once given and received
It dwelt amidst their company
For Friendship had been conceived.
