A Valentine's Friendship card-- Love wishes

When I'm lost in the world
and strangers pass me by
avoiding contact with my eyes
in any street
in any town
I can always rely
on a tender word
much needed from a poet friend
Perhaps from a far away land
perhaps from near by
but always willing to help
It might sound weird to some
but it has to be experienced
to know friendship in a different way
feel the warmth
from an unknown face or voice
Thanks for showing that people still care
To all my friends here at passion if you
found love enjoy it
If you're looking for love don't give up
*You will find true love*
Like some of our friends here have... yes you know who you are

I've felt just like this, walker. PIP is kind of like the internet version of 'Cheers'. This is really a great poem, btw. And some of us do know who we are.......lol!

Yeah, there’s a lot of great people around here aren’t there? It’s a really caring community…I didn’t realize how many wonderful people were here when I first joined. And yeah, we know who we are
