Invade My Thoughts

You invade my thoughts in daylight
tickling at my heart
You make my eyes shine with delight
making all I see an art

You invade my thoughts in strange ways
bringing to life daydreams
I wait for ending of the days
to take a trip on moonbeams

You invade my thoughts at twilight
making me want my bed
My arms are open to invite
your love with words unsaid

You invade my thoughts at midnight
setting flames of desire
Fill me with visions that excite
and give what I require

Phantom lover come hear my plead,
invade my thoughts again
Your passion in my thoughts, I need,
to banish lonely pain

Lucky is the man that invades your thoughts
To be given the attention from such a wonderful poetess.
I hope he can share what your words brought
And find in them your spiritual sweetness

Phantom comes and then goes
away into the starry night.
Only Karen, Phantom knows
a star is shining bright.

I do love your Phantom Lover poems...
Maybe I need to walk the halls of PiP

Phantom Lover

Whispered words of rapture
And promises of lust
My heart, she does capture
And need becomes a must

My arms long to hold
My lips forever thirst
My limbs seeks to mould
To  her body till I burst

With much unbridled passion
And charms of which I dream
She loves me in such a fashion
That her actions make me scream

Sorry Karen..couldn't help myself (wicked grin) He hears dear friend and he will be yours one day!!!Beautiful poem!!!

Be careful of what you wish for, Karen.
Do you really want a phantom or would you rather have a real man? LOL

Beautifully written and very romantic.
