This poem was inspired by Michael Auguste's "Love Not"... Dare I touch your soul, to see if darkness then would cover me if distance should remain in eyes instead the love for which I cry Would you dare to turn away a heart that promises to stay? one that loves something so simple as your smile kissed with a dimple would you shun me, dearest lover? when my passion knows no other my aspiration is your heart for there is where my life will start You see, I am willing to weather storms the ups & downs from night to morn I'd cherish you for all your days will you still send me away? take a chance & let me stay... ~Tier |
