Dreaming Fire

Dreaming Fire

Night comes, bringing dreams of you and me
Tiny visions that clothe me in fire repeatedly
You lie soft in my mind throughout the day
But when the night is here, all softness flies away
I don’t dream that I’m lying quietly with you
For I feel passion and fire! Do you feel it too?
Can you feel the heat that pulses through me?
Taste the flames that flare _ most constantly

Starlight shimmers painting my skin with light
As in my dreams I decorate you with delight
And in the day, I tenderly touch the thought of you
Summoning up your smile and brilliant eyes too
But in the night, then I am yours totally
For this fire that leaps to life burns incessantly
There’s no cessation of heat, I burn with pure desire
Passion flares hot as I bathe you in fire

Reflected in moonbeams, I see you with me
I’m captivated by your presence totally
When in the day your form floats to view
I manage to stop the fire breaking through
But the night I spend wrapped in fire’s heat
Flames burning pulse, this, your heartbeat
In my dreams I’m a creature ruled solely by fire
You come to me in dreams, fulfilling my desire

You seem to know this subject quite well. An enjoyable read! I would only offer the suggestion of putting in some commas, here and there, and perhaps your stanzas would sound even more forceful with that bit of input! Enjoyed!
