  BRAVO!!! Wow, this is soooooo very true, sweet friend, we should never compare ourselves to others, for we are all created equal and we all have what makes us special inside! (big hugggssssss) I don't know why many people consider pride the greatest sin of all, for I believe we can both have pride and not be egotistical, and in just believing in ourselves and loving ourselves while being compassion to others, that kind of pride is no sin! Yes, floria, pride is good when it's not selfish. For example, King Solomon reminds us in Proverbs 17:6 in the NIV: "Children's children are a crown to the aged, and parents are the pride of their children." Yes, Sky, pride can be good. But I don't think it is the moderation, I believe it is simply good when it's not selfish. And of course using it to impress other people is selfish. But when our soul feels wonderful because we know that we accomplished something terrific generates wonderful pride building Love of ourselves for ourselves. And one can never have too much love of self.
