A hand-written letter
Penned with care
With the loops and
Swirls and stops and
Depressions

Is so much more individual
Than this typeface...
Betrays so much more
Of the owner of the pen
Than words, alone, can do.

You leave your signature,
Leave your mark,
And one can tell by the
Pressure of the lines
Raised through the back
Of the page, like Braille,
The mood, the attitude
Of the writer.

A hand-penned missive,
As much a piece of
You, has charisma
That cannot be deadened
By Times New Roman.

Well considering this comment is in Times New Roman, LOL, I have to tell you I could not agree with with you more, and hand-written letters, notes, cards, are so personal, and appreciated. Great message here.
