To feel thee

My hand gliding empty feels the air
Aimless I long feel dire despair
Emptiness seems to fill the room
Just me, surrounded by a reddish gloom

Tranquil mind, oh what have I done
I want to feel but it can’t be done
Once there was a perception of love
When I held you near my dove

My hand passing delusive through you
Where have you gone?
What can I do?
My mind playing tricks, the one I dealt
Once in my arms, your love I held

Now, at this moment I admire
My ever-lasting burning desire
My desire that is longing for thee
Calling your name at night, you see

Fulfilling a promise long time past
For you my Love I will ever last
I only have one love you can steal
If only once I thee could feel

No breath is ever to replete
No men shall set love to delete
No touch will ever be complete
Without you in my heart so deep

No greater feel I can suppose
As to feel, your skin my Rose
My thirst for you can never be expend
With this poem, my Love I send

Only one thing remains to be said
To feel you, but once I would be glad
