an absolute dreamlike bliss felt in the within of kisses shared between lovers is so clearly evident by an synchronized urge to breathe in rushed gasps of air in the in-between moments of ever reincarnating love something that happens in the in-between of all the things is placed like some local cheese between slices of foreign bread it’s all about treading the thin line at least that’s what they say and all i do is sit amongst in the in-between of their wisdom neither black nor white a delicate balance of brown neither left or right like an eye of the epicentre in all the white shades of black and all the black shades of white in all the grey shades of the day and all the colours of the night neither the void, nor the complete i feel so united yet discrete just ever so perfectly, in between i feel so within and yet without reading in between the lines feeling those white spaces hearing in between the music enjoying the rests of silence harmony and symphony in the in-betweens of life makes me marvel at the in-between moments of usual and the astonish of addition and deletion of and not of … --------------------------- Most people I know are caught in the fluid state of in-betweenness, engulfed by the flow of life - which after all maybe a river of dreams, where there are more than two banks (near side and far side). What then, if you are caught in the rapids, in the exact epicentrical eye of the current.... neither side is particularly near or far. This just goes to say that nothing is two dimensional except maybe the coldness of humans to other beings (humans or otherwise); the concept of us and them is so terribly inappropriate, isn't it? Maybe, I am completely clouded and living in that blurred area of incorrectness.... Well, just thinking aloud.... thanks a lot for coming by... |

Sudhir, I find your philsophy most interesting. I do often feel kind of in between everything. It's an odd feeling. I also wonder are dreams life, and life dreams? And how would we ever know? Enjoyed the poem, lots. Sandra [This message has been edited by catalinamoon (01-31-2002 06:17 PM).] |

Doesn't it show the need for a fine balance in this 'complicated' life?...i guess there are always two sides to a coin, and from this clouded & blurred state only (i don't call it incorrectness), clarity evolves ... interesting write here, Sudhir...liked it... |

Sudhir, the very nature of being alive is that we are always in motion as we travel between extremes. As we live, we are all always between these extremes. Only death has certainty of position. -newell Sharing God's Love through perfectlovepoetry.com |

As always, you seem to have caught me in an in-between moment, attending to day-to-day mundane needs, while my mind is flying outside in the stars. Your poetry always stimulates deeper thinking. |
