Friends Just Hanging Around ~*Marge Tindal*~   Tattered friends of gentlest keep Lulled us into friendship's sleep Hanging out with us until dawn Keepers of night~watch so long Held in arms of slumbering rest Fuzzy friends were the very best In our precious memories stored These friends ......... these friends so sweetly adored~ *Once again, my high school friend has painted a beauty ! Marge, this brought back sweet memories of my daughter fast alseep under the clothes line and still hanging onto her' woobie' blanket that was drying in the breeze. This is so very cute...I have only owned on teddy bear in my life...my ex threw him away...broke my heart...it was all I had to remind me of my best girlfriend....I haven't let myself get attacted to anything like that since...this poem brought back beautiful memories for me of pleasant times. **big hugs** Love I leave with you whether it is in your life now or yet the essense of your dreams. |
