Spiked My Hair
By Larry Chadwick

Cut my hair short.
And spiked it too.
Look pretty nice,
For fifty-two!

Girls all liked it,
They liked it a lot.
I liked it too,
For all the attention it got.

Reminded one of her son,
Who it seems is eight.
Then I realized,
No wonder I feel great!

Hey Larry, My six year old grandson just got a spike . Now you have to go out and buy some of that colored gell to put in it. They put the copper on him and it is darling..nice poem. floria
