My Bouquet

Some days I sing, some days I cry.
My soul's the one, determines why.
Sometimes it laughs, sometimes it mourns.
On my bouquet, are many thorns.

Wake up each day, to face dark clouds.
My happiness, wrapped in a shroud.
The day begins, to me it scorns.
On my bouquet, are many thorns.

Lay my head down, dark nights begun.
With the sad setting, of the sun.
From all my sorrows, my heart mourns.
On my bouquet, are many thorns.

Floria

Your bouquet is also filled with many soft and beautiful petals....The thorns are only there for protection from those who wish to harm the delicate beauty within. MAGNIFICENT. **big hugs**

Love I leave with you whether it is in your life now or yet the essense of your dreams.

Floria~

Within the thorns
of petals worn
lies a blossoming bouquet
In fragrance-filled flowering of you
your beauty is seen day by day~

*Your render was inspirationally lovely~

Floria, your poem is most beautiful. Just look past the thorns, and enjoy God's beauty. Remember that the thorns are only there to protect precious blooming memories.
