Day Dream

Dreams that are dreamt on a hot summer’s day
Heated visions that make my hips move and sway
The bees buzzing quietly as we lie together here
Where there’s no hustle and bustle no sense of fear
Your hand lying softly on my skin warming me
Just as the sun warms my face but more tenderly
The bees are buzzing and their noise falls away
Then there’s just the two of us ready to play

Dreams those night visions that float so free
Invading the summers day soft and dreamily
The sky is a beautiful shade of cornflower blue
And the flowers around us are a rainbow hue
There’s no clouds drifting across the clear sky
And we can float to heaven on the wind’s sigh
There’s no one around it’s just you and me
And this is the only place I want to be

Dreams floating in the air like bubbled light
Soothing the soul and illuming our sight
No cares, no worries we’ve sent them away
Here in this haven of love’s heat we’ll stay
I’ll feed you tasty morsels bite by bite
And watch as the day gives way to night
Such summer dreams lead to night’s pleasure
Dreams floating you through a time of leisure

Marsha

Mushy,
You are huge risk taker. 'Cause if one of you rolls on that bee...well it will be rude interruption to this dream! Sexy write.

Ivy Rose darling girl thank you so much, it’s a poetic picnic supposed to summon up visions of the summer and long hot afternoons lazing by the river. I say river because I live close enough to it to make it viable to have lunch by it and still be able to pop home for the strawberries and cream. Of course if you want to be truly Kentish you’d have picked the strawberries yourself and fetched the cream from the farm. Also both within striking distance of the river and my house.

Thank you muchly I’m pleased you like it

Newell darling boy thank you muchly, so do you want to share my strawberries? Mmmmmm I always think there’s nothing quite so summery as eating strawberries that are warm from the sun and feeling the sun bathing your skin with it’s smile.

Now lie back and bask darling boy, doesn’t that feel good? I hope so

Marsha - just keep writing these works of art. They are very good, and I'll keep reading them, as long as you write them...
