What is It My Love What I Really Want Paula’s Valentine Challenge What is it my love that I really desire from you? Nothing much really except words that ring true Don’t offer to fetch me the stars from the sky Or float with me to heaven on the back of a sigh Just tell me that you love and adore only me Say those words of love that I want to hear truly I want to hear your voice speaking my name As we waltz together through desires flame What do I want my love what is my true desire? Nothing really except to bathe in loves fire I don’t need a promise of eternal fidelity Just that for this moment you will stand by me There’s no need to buy me roses by the score Just tell me that you love me and will forever more Just say the words I want to hear, whisper to me Tell me that you love and adore me utterly What is the one thing that you can give to me? Nothing except a love that’s given honestly You don’t need to write me poems of loves light Or gather me moonbeams to decorate my night All I want is to be wrapped in your love divine To know that I am yours and you are mine Just whisper into my ear the words I love you And hear me reply beloved I love you too Marsha To give light to them that sit in darkness..... to guide our feet into the way of peace St John ch2 v1 [This message has been edited by Marsha (01-27-2002 11:13 PM).] |

Keth darling sister of my heart and keeper of my soul thank you very muchly. And you lie darling heart you lie, you do it beautifully too. You always say that and you know YOU can and DO better. However as I have charm I get away with it. Yes beloved I know charm is no substitute for writing skills, but when you haven’t got them you have to manage with what you do have. So you can be the writer and I’ll charm them, and in the meantime I’ll waltz off with any of your words I can lay my hands on. So darling girl keep your words close, or they’ll be wordnapped Well, it’s not kidnapped is it? It would have to be wordnapped, as they are words. Mushy, Are you sure that's all? Are you sure there isn't more? It seems to me it's not enough, And what is less for? Your love is worth much more, Than just words that you adore. Without deeds to match the thought, Anyone would do...why not? Something to think about!  Liked your write.  |
