Don't take life so serious And the drama it plays out, These are but fleeting moments But not what Life's all about! Think of your life as your school days Where you are tested and learn, Aim toward graduation For Life in fullness you yearn. No matter what Bad you're facing See it as but a brief test, Proving your true Character Seek always to do your best! And whatever Good you might see Don't let it fill you with pride, Such is Humility's test To show what you've got inside. True Reality lies beyond Once all the testing is o'er, Temporal things expended Eternity is in store! David L. White (c) (1/24/2002) |

WOW! David! My Dear friend, you have no IDEA how these are the perfect words I need and all wrapped up in a magnificent poetic package! I have finally stood up to that bully at work! Yea! Thanks my dear...Hugs, Ellie A friend hears the song in my heart, and sings it to me when my memory fails. |

David, this was so appropo for me today. Needed to read these words. I've been sweating a new computer program at work. Seems rather silly after this. Cheryl |
