Way Too Big!
By Larry Chadwick

There he comes, he is too wide.
How will he ever come on in?
It’s been a problem for a while,
I’m fairly certain it’s a sin.

He has this problem getting in his car,
Just can’t fit or cram him in.
You’d think that he’d get over it,
I’m fairly certain it’s a sin.

We have had a chat,
It did no good to talk to him.
Unable to persuade,
I’m fairly certain it’s a sin.

So I give up on reaching him,
I don’t know how he’ll get around.
But it’s for certain he should regret,
That his ego knows no bounds!

There is just no talking to some people!
I'm quite thick-headed at times!
(hugs) E mail me,
you're still my late-night owl buddy

(sigh) There are some people that can be so egotistical and it can only hurt them when they won't reach out to others in times of dire need; my heart goes out to them and pray they can open up and share their love to others and find hope and love in return! (kiss on cheek) We all love you so much, sweet friend, this is so very well-expressed, God Bless You! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Larry, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,

Hello Larry
I must confess that the title of this one intrigued me and, of course, I knew you were talking about your ego before I started reading it!! lol     This was great!
Take care.....Sue

Well now, I thought maybe you were talking about a dog!!  I really did!
You're right though, it is important to keep ones ego in proportion.
Somehow it just doesn't look quite right when it gets too big!
I'll bet you there are dogs out there with pretty big egos too.

Larry darling boy this is outstanding truly awesome. Much bigger than his ego I thought it was soooooooo good. Sometimes a poem speaks volumes this does. You obviously listen to yourself, and I’m listening to this poem it sings to me

YOU really are an outstanding writer. No one ever writes like you do, YOU are superb

Is this good? Does the earth spin in space and time? Do birds sing? Does the sea always touch the shore? Yes? Then YES this is utterly utterly fabulous

:Love and warm stuff

My ego's through the top, yet I own a 2 seater.  Go figure.  Good one, Larry.
