Note* I wrote this whe I had te flu awhile back. The Unsung Lung Stuffy nose runs like a hose Throbbing head trapped in a bed Scratchy wheeze causes a sneeze Concrete lung is still unsung Teary eyes blur my demise Rising fever makes me sheever Clogging ear makes hearing queer Dried out tongue from juice unsprung Weighty chest thinks rest is best Icky germ will run it's term Catching cold makes one feel old Head, low hung, snot fell and flung Feling ill, there is no will Aching back just wants to crack Frozen shoulders feel like boulders And the lung is still unsung |
