Seasoned with a thousand suns Soaked with the sweat of adventure These winter days make my mind gather up and fold into the wild of reckless abandon Longing for summer to wind by the thunder of curving machines Where men let me ride on the back of a heart attack and race my insatiable appetite for warmer edges Gliding Into the Valley of Raw Skin Where tattoo ink rises to the surface Shape shifting as the heat rising from the road From head to toe the scent of leather Throttles my ache for the season of changing gears |

Rwood, Each season has a time, each time has a season. And each thought has a reason. Lovely. *L* |

Seasoned with a thousand suns (could that line be any cooler??? NOPE *L* ================================== Where men let me ride on the back of a heart attack and race my insatiable appetite for warmer edges Gliding Into the Valley of Raw Skin Where tattoo ink rises to the surface Shape shifting as the heat rising from the road From head to toe the scent of leather Throttles my ache for the season of changing gears ================================= OK...its clear that begging for mercy will do me no good.. jeepers creepers Regina...where exactly did you go when you "rested" your muse... Talk about an 'Easy Rider' image! This is great. The scent of leather is very heady. |

Thank you all so very, very much for taking this ride with me and sensing that freedom scent. Life has me so tied up at this moment..ooops bad pun. But really, I have had company and Hostess and Holiday responsibilites beyond what Martha Stewart could comprehend. And to beat it all my work involves me to be there from 8:30 am to about 9:00 tonight to close out end of month, end of year. I hope you all have the most wonderful evening celebration. Hats Off and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! Love and Hugs, Regina |
