This a letter that may never be sent to the one for whom it is meant. But now I need to write what is on my heart and tell the truth that has lingered in the dark. For years I cherished a secret, and so had you, a secret that almost everyone knew. But I was left in the dark, and did not know your heart was with God and not in this mortal flesh world. Not knowing that I went on in life, thinking that you were just the right guy. I yearned and pined for a love that was really divine then came our senior year..time to tell all what was on my mind. I asked you to prom, innocently enough with dreams of something more. But then you told me a secret that everyone but I knew. You were going to be priest. shocked. sad. angry. That's how I felt. But then the year went on, and soon we were walking down the hall, in caps and gowns, dressed and ready to leave our school once and for all. We hugged outside, and said "Congrats, a job well done." But I didn't say it then. I should have. But I couldn't. The love I had for you... had turned towards someone new. But I'll say it now, so it can be said, and in the hall of words forever read. I had loved you for so long. I dreamed about you, I wanted to hold your hands.. I had loved you for you were such a handsome man. There its been said. Take what you will, it doesn't matter now for I will love you nevermore. where rabbits and deer play, where hearts run free, that is where I am. Second star to the right and straight on 'till morning...... |

 (tears fall down my cheeks) This is so very sad, sweet friend, sometimes our destinies can be so apart even when we love someone. (sad sigh) I'm so sorry it turned out this way, sweet friend, and I hope that the love you've found now makes you feel just as or more special! (kiss on cheek) We all love you so much, sweet friend!
