When lavender fades to shades of grey and pale moonlight blooms purple haze the waltz of two lovers becomes ablaze beneath the wingspan of a raven's call two shadows begin the silhouette ball a leather glove reaches into the twilight two flames dancing upon the log of night under enchanting starry mantels bright her chantilly gown flows like champagne flowing triple time is her golden mane cheek to cheek is the night with the stars her sultry lips kiss the pain of past scars she is his seductive flame in firelight waltzing beneath the lilac veil of night |
