A Little Late I saw colored hues of flight Just within horizons sight Bright of wings of diamonds play Flying o’er my wile that day. Shades of gold, red, green and blue Reflecting the flowers dew Collecting nectar like a bee Lifting like the waves at sea. Flew towards me in times transcend Drifting down a rainbows bend Looked upon my field of haze Touched me with her magic gaze. Out spilled rhyme like water falls Misting sprays in whispered calls. Wet me like a lover’s kiss. Left me stunned in total bliss. But fickle, is the road of fate For I was blessed, a little late |

Left me stunned in total bliss. could that verse be any cooler   But fickle, is the road of fate For I was blessed, a little late ====================================== Me thinks you've always been "blessed" .... exceptional poets like you are born with the gift ... and when you share your gift ... tis us who are then blessed. And I, for one, am very grateful for such giftings and blessings. Your waterfalls of rhyme are the secret ingrediant in me raspberry tea *winkiewinkie* me sweet Stinky *L*  meYou're the hidden cost and the thing that's lost in everything I do. |
