Santa Plays A Guitar ~*Marge Tindal*~  My Santa plays a guitar and sings to beat the band He's my loving Santa I'm taffy in his hands~ When he strums a melody I know it's just for me A gift beyond all measure I could ever hope to receive~ He wraps each note in love singing each gentle song My Santa plays a guitar In my heart he does belong~ Tonight before I go to count visions of leaping sheep I'll kiss the hand of the guitarman strumming my melody~ ~Baby .. you 'know' who this one's for~ I love you ... foreverly~ December 21, 2001 ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ |

Santa plays a guitar And I become a Prancer. He strums out those notes And I am quite the Dancer! He hits those notes so fast His fingertips are Blitzen And I get so wound up The elves call me a Vixen! The way he plays those songs Continues to amaze me And I am held in awe.... That Santa really sleighs me!!     |
